Shipping Methods
We use different shipping methods depending on the products.
Capsules:
We ship capsules only in Zone A+B of Berlin, Germany. Any other shipment might be discussed and organized.
Delivery of terrariums usually is in the morning or evening hours and the exact date might be previously discussed. The delivery takes usually 3 working days, depending on the availability of the products.
The cost of delivery:
- Berlin A: 5 EUR
- Berlin B: 10 EUR
Kokedamas:
We ship kokedamas by DHL to all locations in Germany. We normally send them within 1-2 working days.
The cost of delivery: 7.90 EUR
Vouchers:
Vouchers are shipped with Deutsche Post within 2 working days.
The shipping is free of charge.
During the holidays seasons shipments might be delayed.
